Job Purpose:
The Symatrix Managed Services team offers services including application support for Oracle HRMS products, hosting, DBA services, HR and Payroll BPO, and testing services.
Responsibilities include:
- Being the SME and primary contact for a large Payroll customer
- Ensuring high-quality, customer-focused payroll services
- Ensuring compliance with legislation, GDPR, and policies
- Providing responsive and efficient customer service
- Managing customer relationships and expectations
- Maintaining confidentiality and supporting system and process improvements
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing a payroll team to ensure SLA adherence
- Planning payroll workload and cycles
- Resolving payroll queries and advising on legislation
- Building customer relationships and managing escalations
- Supporting change management and documentation updates
- Participating in testing and system changes
Person Specification - Knowledge/Experience/Skills/Qualities:
- At least some level of CIPP qualification
- Solid experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll
- Experience managing large payrolls and teams
- UK-based and committed to high customer care standards
- Experience in process improvement and cross-departmental work
- Knowledge of UK HR legislation and data security
