Job summary

NEOS Engineering in Ipswich is seeking a hands-on Concrete Batching and Mixing Plant Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations across East Anglia. You will manage concrete and mortar production, operate computerised batching systems, coordinate deliveries and ensure safety, quality and on-time performance.

The role requires practical, mechanically minded individuals who can work independently, travel between sites, supervise contractors, and maintain high health and safety standards while

Qualifications

• Experience in plant, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environments.
• Experience with concrete, mortar, aggregates, quarrying, or similar is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations across sites
• Manage concrete and mortar production
• Operate computerised batching systems
• Coordinate deliveries with customers, hauliers and internal teams
• Monitor production output and stock levels
• Carry out basic maintenance and repairs when required
• Supervise contractors, visitors and site personnel
• Maintain health and safety, environmental and housekeeping standards
