Responsibilities

• Learn the basics of butchery principles and meat processing techniques.
• Develop knife skills for cutting, boning, trimming and mincing meat.
• Gain industry insight into the meat sector's history, values, culture and traditions.
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and productivity targets.
• Maintain health, food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Support operations through stock control, quality assurance and customer expectations.
