The Role:

We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Handbag/Accessories Designer to join our design team. This is the perfect opportunity for a candidate with a flair for design and a love of Accessories—from handbags to belts and small seasonal Accessories You’ll support the design team in creating compelling, commercial collections and help bring fresh ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in researching trends, materials, and colours

• Support the design process from concept to final sample

• Create CAD drawings, mood boards, and tech packs

• Work closely with the product development team to ensure design integrity

• Attend design meetings

• Help manage sample inventory and design archives

• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity

• Support Design Director with administration

• Liaise with Factories in China

About You:

• A degree in Fashion Design, Accessories Design, or a related field

• Two year experience required

• A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and an understanding of Accessories

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)

• Firefly and other generative AI platforms , Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Passion for fashion, trends, and product innovation

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
