Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning across the venue, including rooms, offices, and public areas.
• Manage laundry and linen care, stocking supplies as needed.
• Assist with setting up spaces for weddings, conferences and events.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and coordinate with other teams.
• Identify damages or maintenance needs and report them.
• Support deep cleaning and special housekeeping requests.
• Follow health and safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals correctly.
