Job summary

Protocol Education is currently recruiting ambitious and motivated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to work across a variety of primary and secondary schools throughout Halifax.

This is a fantastic opportunity for newly qualified teachers looking to build confidence, develop their classroom practice, and gain experience in a range of educational environments before securing a longer-term role. Flexible day-to-day, short-term, and long-term assignments with competitive pay paid weekly.

Qualifications

• QTS or completed teacher training is required.
• Positive and adaptable approach to teaching.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to pupil achievement and wellbeing.
• DBS check or willingness to apply for one.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that support pupil progress.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and productive learning environment.
• Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
• Work collaboratively with school staff and leadership teams.
