Hairdressing & Barbering Coach

On-site Taunton
30 hours per week (Monday Friday)
Up to £32,000 per annum (pro-rata)
Delivering Level 2 & 3 Hairdressing and Barbering Apprenticeships

We re working with a leading apprenticeship provider who is looking to appoint a Hairdressing and Barbering Coach to join their team in Taunton. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your industry experience into a rewarding teaching and mentoring role.
What you ll be doing:

• Delivering high-quality, engaging Level 2 & 3 Hairdressing and Barbering apprenticeship training on-site in Taunton
• Supporting and guiding learners through their apprenticeship journey from enrolment to EPA
• Delivering practical sessions, providing feedback and assessment in line with qualification requirements
• Ensuring learners remain on track and motivated throughout their programme

What we re looking for:

• Industry experience in Hairdressing and/or Barbering
• Level 3 qualification in Hairdressing/Barbering (or equivalent)
• An assessor qualification (e.g. TAQA, A1, D32/33) or willingness to work towards one
• Strong communication and mentoring skills
• A genuine passion for teaching and learner development
