Job summary

TeacherActive is working with a further education setting in Swansea to appoint a Hairdressing Lecturer on a long-term, part-time basis with an immediate start. You will deliver practical sessions to Level 1 learners, helping them develop their Hairdressing skills, confidence and understanding in a supportive learning environment.

The Successful candidate will be paid on a PAYE basis with market-leading hourly rates (£28.83 - £35.38 per hour) and access to CPD courses through the My-Progression

Qualifications

• Experience working within the Hairdressing industry.
• Experience delivering practical Hairdressing sessions.
• The ability to engage and support Level 1 learners.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A positive and adaptable approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical sessions to Level 1 learners.
• Support learners to develop their Hairdressing skills, confidence and understanding.
• Engage with CPD pathways and contribute to onboarding where required.

The setting is looking to take on a Hairdressing Lecturer on a long-term, part-time basis with an immediate start. The successful Hairdressing Lecturer will deliver practical sessions to Level 1 learners, supporting them to develop their Hairdressing skills, confidence and understanding.

The Successful Hairdressing Lecturer Will Have:

• Experience working within the Hairdressing industry
