Qualifications

• Strong practical hairdressing experience.
• Experience mentoring or developing junior team members or apprentices.
• Interest in moving into education, training or mentoring.

• Coaching and mentoring learners to develop knowledge, skills and behaviours.
• Assessing learner progress and providing constructive feedback.
• Helping learners work towards apprenticeship or qualification.
