RUSH Hair and Beauty Manchester is seeking a driven Hair Salon Manager to lead a busy salon, taking full responsibility for team performance, client experience, and daily operations with support from our established brand.

You will lead stylists, apprentices and front-of-house staff, delivering a 5-star client experience while driving sales and KPIs. This role offers uncapped commissions and a monthly bonus, plus ongoing training and career progression.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working within a hair salon environment.
• Currently a Hair Salon Manager, Hair Stylist Manager, or Senior Stylist ready to step up.
• Strong leadership, people management & customer service skills.
• Confident in driving sales, KPIs & hitting targets.
• Passion for the hair & beauty industry.
