Job summary

TONI&GUY offers a Hairdressing Apprenticeship Experience with training across salons, regional centres, and the London Academy, culminating in the Hair Professional Standard Level 2.

Work a full 40-hour week with shifts covering salon opening hours; the programme includes fully paid training, 28 days of paid annual leave, complimentary Cut & Colour services, and opportunities to engage in global brand activities and career advancement.

Qualifications

• No prior hairdressing experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Strong passion for creativity, style and client care.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador for TONI&GUY and deliver top-tier hairdressing experiences.
• Assist with shampoo treatments and client hospitality to ensure comfort.
• Maintain salon presentation and support continual client satisfaction.
• Participate in global brand activities and events when applicable.
