TONI&GUY invites applications for an 18–24-month Hairdressing Apprenticeship Experience. Training happens in-salon or at the TONI&GUY London Academy, leading to Hair Professional Standard Level 2 on completion. The program runs a full 40-hour week with varying shifts.

It includes fully funded training, 28 days of paid annual leave (incl. bank holidays), complimentary cut and colour services, retail discounts, staff events, and global career advancement opportunities in salon management,

Qualifications

• No prior hairdressing experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Demonstrated genuine passion for hairdressing and creativity.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as TONI&GUY brand ambassador, delivering a premium client experience.
• Provide professional shampoo treatments and maintain client comfort.
• Extend warm hospitality and refreshments to clients.
• Maintain impeccable salon presentation at all times.
