Job Opportunity: Hairdresser at TONI & GUY

Are you ready to embark on an exciting new journey in hairdressing? Join TONI & GUY and unleash your creative spirit and passion for hairdressing as you create cutting-edge hairstyles and stunning colour transformations for our clients. Be a part of our dynamic salon team and hone your hairdressing talents in a stimulating environment, where you can leave a lasting impression and create unforgettable experiences for our clientele.

Schedule:

Work a full 40-hour week, with a mix of shifts to cover the opening hours of the business.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI & GUY hairdressing experience for each client
2. Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty
3. Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through extensive hairdressing product knowledge
4. Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed TONI & GUY brand
5. Champion the Super brand status of TONI & GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation
6. Take advantage of comprehensive training opportunities at our Academy to enhance your hairdressing skills and advance your career with TONI & GUY
