Schedule:

Work a full 40-hour week, with a mix of shifts to cover the opening hours of the business.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI&GUY hairdressing experience for each client.
2. Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty.
3. Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through extensive hairdressing product knowledge.
4. Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed TONI&GUY brand.
5. Champion the Super brand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation.
6. Take advantage of comprehensive training opportunities at our Academy to enhance your hairdressing skills and advance your career with TONI&GUY.
