Minimum Requirements:

You must have an NVQ level 2 qualification in Hairdressing and being vardered by TONI&GUY is ideal but not essential. We do require you to have at least 3 years salon floor experience.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI&GUY hairdressing experience for each client
2. Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty
3. Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through extensive hairdressing product knowledge
4. Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed TONI&GUY brand
5. Champion the Super brand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation
6. Take advantage of comprehensive training opportunities at our Academy to enhance your hairdressing skills and advance your career with TONI&GUY
