Your profile

We’re looking for hairdressers who:

• Have several years experience in hairdressing
• Are a team player
• Last but not least, who are willing to learn and grow

• A competitive remuneration
  £13.20-£14.20 fixed per hour plus generous, uncapped services and products commissions, and tips
• A healthy work-life balance
  Our rota is done 6 weeks in advance, taking into account your specific requirements. You get 2 Sundays off per month, one 3-day weekend per month. We're also quite flexible in terms of worked hours and will consider any part-timers.
• Structured, in-house training
  Everyone gets at least one training per month, based on their personal development plan. All our trainings are paid and take place during normal working hours.

We self-deliver a lot of training and we recruit primarily based on personality and people's skills. We can teach balayage and highlights - it's harder to teach good manners!
