We’re looking for amotivated Sales Consultantto join our on-site team and guide clients through one of the most impactful decisions of their lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handlewarm inbound leadsvia phone, email, and online chat
  • Provide expert advice and education onhair transplant options, costs, and finance plans
  • and earn trust throughempathy and knowledge
  • Guide clients to bookin-person or virtual consultationswith our surgeons
  • Track and manage your sales pipelineusing a CRM (calls, follow-ups, notes)
  • Meet or exceed KPIs for calls, bookings, and attendance

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years ofconsultative sales experience, ideally in aesthetics, cosmetic, or dental services
  • Exceptionalcommunication and listening skills
  • Confident, empathetic, and able to handle sensitive conversations with care
  • Strongtarget-driven mindsetwith resilience to bounce back from rejection
  • Organised and able to manage leads using digital tools like CRM, Google Suite, or Microsoft Office

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

  • Knowledge of thehair transplantoraesthetic treatmentindustry
  • Fluency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, Arabic)
