The Role: TONI&GUY is currently hiring for a creative, skilled Senior Hairdressing Colour Technician to join our team, available for both full-time and part-time positions.

Working Pattern

Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday).

Salary

Salary will be based on a commission scale, dependent on hours and experience.

• Conduct personalised hairdressing consultations with clients, ensuring a tailored TONI&GUY hairdressing experience.
• Build and expand your hairdressing client base while fostering high retention rates.
• Enhance client experiences by referring them for expert colour services and driving product sales through extensive product knowledge.
• Inspire and mentor apprentices, acting as a role model within the salon and representing the esteemed TONI&GUY hairdressing brand.
• Embrace the Superbrand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and upholding its reputation.
