Are you a versatile and experienced hairdressing Colour Technician looking for an exciting opportunity in Glasgow? We're seeking a multi-tasking professional with at least 3 years of qualified salon experience. Familiarity with the Wella colour brand and confidence in hair cutting is highly desirable.

The Role:

TONI&GUY is currently hiring for a creative, skilled Senior Hairdressing Colour Technician to join our team, available for both full-time and part-time positions.

Working Pattern:

- Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday).

Salary:

- Salary will be based on a commission scale, dependent on hours and experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Conduct personalised hairdressing consultations with clients, ensuring a tailored TONI&GUY hairdressing experience.
2. Build and expand your hairdressing client base while fostering high retention rates.
3. Enhance client experiences by referring them for expert colour services and driving product sales through extensive product knowledge.
4. Inspire and mentor apprentices, acting as a role model within the salon and representing the esteemed TONI&GUY hairdressing brand.
5. Embrace the Superbrand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and upholding its reputation.
