The Role

Embark on a new journey at TONI & GUY as a Dual Trained Stylist & Colour Technician. Embrace your artistic flair and passion for hair as you unleash your creativity, transforming clients with cutting-edge haircuts and breath-taking colour techniques. Join our innovative salon team and elevate your skills in a vibrant and inspiring environment, where you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact and create unforgettable experiences for our clients.

Working Pattern – Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday). Some Salons may also require evenings, please enquire for further information.

What you will be doing:

• Conduct personalised consultations with clients, ensuring a tailored TONI&GUY experience.
• Build and expand your client base while fostering high retention rates.
• Enhance client experiences by referring them for expert colour services and driving product sales through extensive product knowledge.
• Inspire and mentor apprentices, acting as a role model within the salon and representing the esteemed TONI & GUY brand.
• Embrace the Super brand status of TONI & GUY, actively promoting and upholding its reputation.

• Showcase your expertise in a wide range of hairdressing techniques, precise cuts and styling.
• Bring artistic flair to life by understanding clients' preferences and transforming their hair into amazing styles. Having an eye for detail, a knack for aesthetics, and the ability to think creatively are important.
• Provide top-notch customer service and build long-lasting relationships. A true people person, with the ability to adapt communication styles to connect & build rapport with all individuals & personalities.
• Juggle a busy schedule like a pro, handling different client demands with ease. Being flexible to embrace changing trends, styles, and client requests while still nailing it on time.
