Embark on a new journey at TONI & GUY as a Dual Trained Stylist & Colour Technician. Embrace your artistic flair and passion for hair as you unleash your creativity, transforming clients with cutting-edge haircuts and breath-taking colour techniques. Join our innovative salon team and elevate your skills in a vibrant and inspiring environment, where you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact and create unforgettable experiences for our clients.

Working Pattern – Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday). Some salons may also require evenings; please enquire for further information.

What you will be doing:

1. Conduct personalised consultations with clients, ensuring a tailored TONI & GUY experience.
2. Build and expand your client base while fostering high retention rates.
3. Enhance client experiences by referring them for expert colour services and driving product sales through extensive product knowledge.
4. Inspire and mentor apprentices, acting as a role model within the salon and representing the esteemed TONI & GUY brand.
5. Embrace the Super brand status of TONI & GUY, actively promoting and upholding its reputation.
