Location: Woking

Begin an exciting new chapter with TONI&GUY as a Stylist & Technician. Unleash your creative spirit and love for hair as you craft cutting-edge hairstyles and breath-taking colour transformations for our clients. Join our dynamic salon team and cultivate your talents in a stimulating environment, where you'll have the chance to leave a lasting impression and create unforgettable experiences for our clientele.

Schedule:

Between 40 hours per week over 5 days (Monday to Saturday).

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalised consultations to ensure each client receives a bespoke TONI&GUY experience.
• Cultivate and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty.
• Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through in-depth product knowledge.
• Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed TONI&GUY brand.
• Champion the Superbrand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation.

We're Looking for Someone Who Can:

• Demonstrate expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise cuts and styles.
