Job description

Job Title: Hair Stylist

Juice Recruitment is supporting a global organisation in their search for a Hair Stylist based in Cheadle. This is an initial temporary contract for 6 months.

Responsibilities:

1. Excite customers by demonstrating the powerful features of our products.
2. Use products to demonstrate features on customer's hair.
3. Provide an authentic and premium customer experience, positioning the brand as a leader in the industry.
4. Work towards set quarterly targets to meet KPIs.
5. Engage customers with styling demonstrations and in-store events.
6. Proactively explore customers' haircare needs, demonstrate appropriate product ranges, and cross-sell where possible.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a beauty background.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about our client's products.
• Ability to act as a true brand ambassador, navigate opportunities, and communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering the best in-class customer experience.

Hours: 24 hours per week, including weekends. Pay: £12 per hour.
