Job description

We require a hairstylist who has experience in the health and beauty industry. They must have specialist training and knowledge, as well as good customer relation skills, strong personalities, and excellent communication abilities.

1. Responsibilities include:
2. Consulting and inspecting the hair's condition, understanding customer needs
3. Washing hair and towel or blow-drying
4. Perming or curling using specialist equipment often at high temperatures
5. Coloring hair with bleaches, dyes, and henna
6. Fitting artificial hair extensions, hair plugs, and weaves naturally into the hair
7. Chemically straightening or relaxing hair
8. Styling wigs for customers
9. Carrying out various hairstyles such as:
10. Hair Extensions, Wigs, Braiding, Weaves, Plaits, Hair Treatment, Hair Retouching, Track Extension, Knotless, Box Braids, Ghana Braids, Hair Revamping, Crochet, Twist & Locs, Hair Curling

Additional skills required:

• Meet and greet clients to make them feel welcome
• Organize appointments and ensure punctuality
• Understand client needs from initial consultation
• Offer style advice and maintenance tips
• Advise on scalp irritation and hair damage treatments
• Handle payments and maintain secure financial records
