We’re looking for hairdressers who:

• Have several years experience in hairdressing
• Are a team player
• Are willing to learn and grow

  £13.25-£14.25 fixed per hour plus generous, uncapped services and products commissions, and tips

  Our rota is planned 6 weeks in advance, considering your specific requirements. You get 2 Sundays off per month and one 3-day weekend per month. We are flexible with worked hours and consider part-time applicants.
• Structured, in-house training
  Everyone receives at least one training session per month, based on their personal development plan. All trainings are paid and occur during normal working hours.

We deliver many training sessions ourselves and recruit primarily based on personality and interpersonal skills. We can teach balayage and highlights — but good manners are harder to teach!
