We are seeking a skilled Hair Stylist to join our vibrant team in providing quality services to our clients. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hair styling and possess expertise in blow dries, cutting, colouring, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, colouring, and treatments.
2. Upsell salon products and services to clients.
3. Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on techniques.
4. Manage store operations including inventory management and front desk duties.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
6. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Experience:

1. Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with expertise in cutting, colouring, and blow dries.
2. Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
3. Ability to mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on best practices.
4. Proficient in upselling salon products and services to enhance the client experience.
5. Prior experience in front desk duties is advantageous.
