Job summary

RUSH Hair & Beauty is seeking a dynamic Hair Salon Manager for our Ilford salon. You will lead a busy team of stylists, apprentices and front-of-house staff, driving service standards and sales performance with the support of a well-established brand.

You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, recruitment, training and delivering a consistent 5-star client experience, with uncapped commissions and a guaranteed monthly manager bonus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working within a hair salon environment.
• Currently a Hair Salon Manager, Hair Stylist Manager, or Senior Stylist ready to step up
• Strong leadership, people management & customer service skills
• Confident in driving sales, KPIs & hitting targets
• Passion for the hair & beauty industry
