Aspire People is recruiting a Hair & Beauty Teacher/Instructor for a long-term position at a secondary school in Solihull. The role focuses on delivering City & Guilds Level 2 Technical Award in Hair and Beauty Studies, combining practical and theory-based lessons to develop students’ skills and confidence.

Ideal candidates will have Hairdressing or Beauty Therapy qualifications and teaching experience, with strong health & safety knowledge and the ability to manage practical demonstrations and

Competenze

• Qualified in Hairdressing or Beauty Therapy.
• Experience teaching, training, assessing or mentoring learners.
• Confident delivering practical demonstrations and theoretical content.
• Good knowledge of salon health, safety and hygiene.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• Teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS or City & Guilds) advantageous.

• Deliver engaging practical and theory-based Hair & Beauty lessons.
