Keighley College is seeking an enthusiastic Hair & Beauty Programme Manager to lead Level 1–3 study programmes, delivering high-quality education and ensuring a coherent learner journey from entry to employment or further study.

You will provide strategic and operational leadership, drive quality assurance, data-informed improvements, and develop partnerships with employers to keep provision industry-relevant and inclusive.

Competenze

• Experience delivering/managing Level 1–3 vocational programmes.
• Experience leading a curriculum team.
• Strong understanding of FE quality, assessment and QA.
• Experience using data to improve learner outcomes.
• Knowledge of current Hair & Beauty industry practice.
