Job Description

Lead the charge in driving the development of a cutting-edge haematology product. This is a permanent role with a competitive salary range.

Highlights of this role:

  1. Manage and provide scientific direction across all aspects of haematology product/process development projects.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects to timelines and quality expectations.
  3. Offer expertise and support to the wider Technical/Product Support groups, contributing to the global success of our haematology business.

Preferred Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a regulated laboratory or medical device environment, with a strong background in product development and optimisation.
  2. Expertise in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting, with the ability to communicate complex scientific information effectively.
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to working across departments.
  4. Proficient in the use of core IT packages, such as MS Office, and adept at managing laboratory facilities and compliance.
  5. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest scientific and technical literature to drive innovation in haematology projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Science degree or equivalent qualification.
  2. Experience in a GMP/GLP environment, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  3. Clinical haematology (tests/analysis) experience and/or product/reagent formulation expertise would be highly advantageous.
