An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, motivated and dynamic nurse leader to join our Haematology and oncology inpatient ward as a band 7 charge nurse. The post holder will provide visible clinical and operational leadership to the ward and ensure the safe, effective and compassionate care to patients receiving treatment for Haematological and Oncological conditions.

You will be responsible for the operational management of the Haematology and Oncology ward, including oversight

Qualifikationen

• Registered nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience in Haematology/Oncology settings preferred.
• Experience in clinical leadership or ward management.

Aufgaben

• Provide visible clinical and operational leadership on the ward.
• Oversee specialty patient flow and admissions planning.
• Ensure safe, timely delivery of Systemic Anti-Cancer Treatment (SACT) per policy.
• Collaborate with Matron and multidisciplinary teams to drive patient outcomes.
