A health board in Wales is seeking a committed individual to join their Haematology team as a Myeloma specialist. This role involves developing subspecialty expertise in Myeloma while managing general Haematology. The candidate will participate in clinics, on-call duties, and multidisciplinary team meetings. We are looking for a highly committed and motivated individual to join our Haematology team as we start to introduce subspecialisation into the health board. Our dedicated and forward-looking team of 7 consultants provide a comprehensive haematology service in the four hospitals in an area of outstanding beauty. This post will introduce a Myeloma subspecialty to our team as part of a redesign of haematology services across the Health Board and will continue to develop as part of the wider transformation process. Support for the post includes Associate Specialists, specialty doctors, clinical fellow as well as foundation trainees. The team also includes haematology CNS team and Specialist pharmacists.
