Responsibilities

• Lead the Haematology and Blood Transfusion laboratory sections.
• Manage and deploy staff within assigned sections.
• Ensure training and quality standards are highest.
• Support training needs and deliver specialist advice.
• Provide cover for senior specialists when required.
• Deliver training to Specialist Diploma level.
• Drive service improvements within specialist section.
