Job description

We are currently recruiting an experienced Motorhome/Caravan Habitation Technician to join our client's team in the NOTTINGHAM area.

£30,000 plus bonus and negotiable depending on experience.

THIS IS A NON-MECHANICAL ROLE, INTERIORS ONLY.

The ideal applicant will have previous experience in the motorhome and/or caravan industry repairing, servicing, and preparing motorhomes and caravans for sale, or have experience in a similar field.
My clients are a family-owned and managed business, established for many years.


You’ll be preparing, maintaining, and occasionally upgrading motorhomes and campervans, ensuring they’re road-ready, safe, and reliable for their new owners.
Your day-to-day work will include:

  1. Carrying out pre-delivery inspections, habitation services, and routine maintenance
  2. Performing repairs to internal fittings, furniture, and soft furnishings
  3. Handling 12v and 240v electrical work, including repairs and basic installations
  4. Conducting basic gas safety checks and minor installations
  5. Testing and inspecting heating systems, water systems, and other onboard tech
  6. Installing accessories such as bike racks, awnings, solar panels, and TV aerials
  7. Diagnosing and fixing warranty issues with precision and care
  8. Supporting a seamless handover process for customers
  9. Resealing and damp work to a high standard


We are looking for someone who’s not just capable but also passionate about their craft.
Ideally, you will have:
• NCC Training Academy Gas & Electrical Certificates
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
