IPRS PFAS is an independent provider of quality medical assessments using a network of specialist health practitioners based in various clinics, mainly around Southeast UK. We are seeking a HAAS WCA Assessment Centre Manager to join our team on a permanent basis, working from our Croydon Assessment Centre with a hybrid work model.

Position:

As a HAAS WCA Assessment Centre Manager at IPRS PFAS, you will oversee the operational success of assessment centres, ensuring targets for volume, quality, and service levels are met. You will lead clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver high standards of performance, compliance, and customer service. Your responsibilities include clinical assessments, administrative processes, health and safety compliance, and driving operational efficiencies through continuous improvement. You will foster a positive environment that promotes growth and development, focusing on team leadership, performance management, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Overseeing daily operations and resource allocation to meet assessment targets.
  2. Leading and developing clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure engagement and performance.
  3. Monitoring and improving workflows for assessments.
  4. Using performance management tools to enhance team performance.
  5. Providing coaching and development support to staff.
  6. Reporting performance metrics to senior management.
  7. Managing performance issues and absenteeism.
  8. Ensuring high-quality customer service and handling complaints.
  9. Building relationships with claimants and partners for smooth assessments.
  10. Ensuring health and safety compliance and improving claimant experience.
Additional duties:
  • Supporting additional projects to enhance operational success.
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection and maintaining professional standards.
Requirements:

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • 4 GCSE/O level passes A-C, including English and Maths.
  • Experience in operation management or similar roles.
  • NVQ Level 4 or a relevant degree (e.g., business).
Knowledge and Experience:
  • Proven leadership in team management under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills to motivate and align teams with management vision.
  • Ability to manage workflows and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship building.
  • Experience in coaching, performance management, and handling multiple priorities.
  • Supportive approach to vulnerable individuals during assessments.
Skills & Abilities:
  • Resource management and workflow optimization skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Additional Information:
  • Salary: Starting from £44,000.
  • Position: Full-time, permanent.
  • Location: Hybrid (Croydon Assessment Centre).
  • Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
