We are seeking a Passenger Assistant to join our team. The working hours are from 07:00 - 10:00 and 14:00 - 17:00 daily. This is a 16-hour contract.
To escort and assist clients with special needs, ensuring safe boarding, travel, and alighting from vehicles.
Team leader > Controller > Passenger Assistant
Work within established guidelines but use initiative for basic problems; consult supervisors for complex issues.
Interact with clients, their families, carers, and staff in a multi-ethnic environment, providing assistance and information as needed.
Interpersonal skills, safety awareness, ability to assist clients with disabilities, and flexibility.
