An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated individual with strong organisational skills to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Refugee Resettlement Advisor and the Refugee Resettlement Team.
The role involves a wide range of administrative duties following predetermined procedures, working to targets and deadlines. You will liaise with various departments, customers, and elected members, requiring excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer care.
Essential skills include proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, along with experience in minute-taking and maintaining manual and electronic filing systems.
This role requires the ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively and adapt to changing priorities to deliver a quality service.
