Once the advert closes, candidates will be shortlisted and invited for an interview. During the interview, you will be asked your preferred location, hours (full-time or part-time), and whether a permanent or temporary post suits you. Successful candidates will join our Housing Assistant pool. We will either offer you a position or keep your details on file for 6 months. If your criteria match any vacancies that arise, we will contact you to offer a position.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone with excellent customer care and communication skills. The role of Housing Assistant involves a wide range of clerical duties, including word processing, filing, and photocopying. You will need to demonstrate the ability to organize and prioritize your workload, respond to changing priorities, and contribute effectively to team goals and projects. Additionally, you should have the skills to use relevant IT systems and software applications, particularly a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
