An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to join the Hamilton Housing Team within Housing Services. As a Housing Officer, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of housing services to our customers. Therefore, you should have similar experience working within a housing-related environment and possess an understanding of current issues and legislation related to homelessness, allocations, estate management, rent recovery, and dealing with anti-social behaviour.
Excellent IT skills are required, along with the ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively and to respond and adapt to changing priorities to deliver a quality service. You should also possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to liaise effectively with a variety of agencies.
