An established industry player is seeking an Architectural Officer to join their Project Services Team. This role involves assisting in the effective delivery of comprehensive services related to the Council's Capital and Revenue Expenditure programme. The ideal candidate will possess at least an HNC qualification in a relevant discipline and demonstrate exceptional AutoCAD skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a commitment to customer care and an awareness of health and safety practices. Housing & Technical Resources requires an Architectural Officer to assist in the effective delivery of a comprehensive service relative to the Council’s Capital and Revenue Expenditure programme.
You will be part of the Project Services Team participating in the delivery of South Lanarkshire Council’s Home Plus Renewal programme.
To undertake this role you will be qualified to at least HNC level in an appropriate discipline as well as having the ability to display excellent AutoCAD skills.
You should demonstrate a commitment to the principles of customer care, while displaying excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate previous experience of working to targets and pre-determined timescales along with an awareness of health and safety in the workplace.
