Standardise processes and guidance, provide practical advice to studio teams, and act as the lead safety adviser for studio operations. Plan and support property audits, inspections and improvement actions to maintain safe, consistent and effective studio environments.
  • Contractor management: Support robust contractor assurance processes, including reviewing health and safety documentation, monitoring compliance and working collaboratively with suppliers and partners to manage risk.
  • Incident management and improvement: Support accident and incident reporting, investigation and follow-up actions. Identify learning opportunities and contribute to practical improvements in policies, guidance and ways of working.
  • Training and capability: Maintain and support health and safety competence and training records. Develop clear guidance, tools and training sessions that build confidence and consistent health and safety practice across the workforce.
  • Workplace safety support: Provide advice on relevant property and workplace activity, including first aid, fire safety, Display Screen Equipment assessments, internal event safety reviews and contractor activity.
