Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking a Safety, Health & Wellbeing Manager to lead SHW delivery across major infrastructure projects and drive a positive safety culture. You will manage a team of SHW professionals and provide expert operational support to ensure regulatory and client requirements are met.

The role requires NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, IOSH or similar certification, CSCS card, and a full UK driving licence.

Safety, Health & Wellbeing Manager

Location: Coventry - Warrington (Northern) - Hybrid working available

Duration: 12 months - 18 months

Rates: £500.00 - £700.00 per shift

Experience: Major Infrastructure & Highways Projects

We’re looking for an experienced Safety, Health & Wellbeing Manager tolead SHW delivery across major infrastructure projects and drive a positive, proactive safety culture. You’ll manage a team of SHW professionals, provide expert operational support, and ensure the highest standards of compliance and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of SHW Advisors.
• Provide expert SHW guidance across multiple projects.
• Drive compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Lead audits, inspections and incident investigations.
• Monitor performance data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a strong health, safety and wellbeing culture across operational teams.

Requirements

• SHW management experience within highways, civil engineering, rail or infrastructure.
• Proven leadership experience managing safety teams.
• Strong knowledge of audits, investigations and management systems.
• NEBOSH Diploma/NVQ Level 6, IOSH, CSCS Card and Full UK Driving Licence.
