Job summary

Euro-Projects Recruitment Ltd is seeking an H&S Advisor for a manufacturing business delivering mechanical and electrical assemblies into nuclear, oil & gas and renewables. Flexi-time with a 12:30 finish on Friday and a strong work-life balance.

Ideal candidates have H&S/EHS/SHE exposure in engineering/manufacturing and PUWER/COSHH experience; NEBOSH/IOSH qualifications are a plus. The role is based near Newark, Southwell, Mansfield and surrounding areas in Nottinghamshire.

• Ideally an H&S Advisor with manufacturing/engineering exposure.
• EHS/SHE experience beneficial; NEBOSH/IOSH preferred.
• Experience managing H&S across manufacturing environments; visibility with engineers and managers.

What we are seeking in this H&S Advisor jobs role

• Ideally you will be an H&S Advisor with experience in manufacturing / engineering - i.e. where there are tangible products being manufactured
• EHS / SHE experience would also be beneficial
• Alternatively an EHS Advisor, SHE Advisor, Health & Safety Advisor, H&S Coordinator or similar - NEBOSH jobs / IOSH jobs
• PUWER / COSHH experience very useful.
• This company does really interesting engineering projects - so ideally you will be an H&S Advisor who wants to work in a business that is interesting and actually makes things - we are happy to pivot someone into this role from a non manufacturing background if you have a keen interest
• Experience of managing H&S across a manufacturing / engineering environment.
• An H&S Advisor who enjoys 'getting up from your desk' and being visible in the business and working with engineers and managers across a business. This is a really friendly and collaborative business so you will match these values
