Technology Solution & Delivery Specialist

Role Location: London or Manchester

The following skills and experience are essential for this role:

  1. Experience working with product owners, project managers, business analysts, SMEs and developers to collaboratively design and deliver solutions.
  2. Demonstrate an ability to problem solve while confidently managing relationships, communication and delivery.
  3. Demonstrate an ability to adapt to new clients or technologies.
  4. Experience of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  5. 2-3 years’ experience in project/programme management, design, development or QA roles.
  6. Experience working with software delivery and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel.
  7. Experience in analysing data to inform systems design and decision making.
  8. Ability to understand business needs and translate into actionable design documentation.
  9. Experience in developing strong relationships with external clients/customers.

Set yourself apart:

  1. Experience in functional and non-functional analysis and design.
  2. Experience in the health and public sector or an interest in working with public sector clients.
  3. Proven history of working within a complex and diverse delivery environment.
  4. Understanding of key software architecture principles and secure systems design.
  5. Experience with DevOps tools (e.g. Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
  6. Multi-cloud experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is advantageous.
  7. Experience working in an agile environment.
