The Molecular Diagnostics department is looking for an Administrative Officer to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Molecular Diagnostics Department to facilitate the timely provision of diagnostic services ensuring procedures in relation to donors and patients are carried out to the highest possible standard.
You will work as an active team member assisting with a comprehensive range of administrative duties/procedures as dictated by the workload of the Department.
You will be required to communicate with the general public, other NHSBT departments and external contacts as required, whilst maintaining strict confidentiality at all times and ensuring that information relating to patients and donors is kept in a manner in accordance with NHSBT policies & procedures.
'We can offer both full time and part time hours between Monday to Saturday, 07:00-18:00( Saturday working would be compulsory with this role). Please indicate in your supporting information how many hours you would like to work and the frequency (e.g. part time, 20 hours per week over 4 days 10am to 3pm)'.
