Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Ward Clerk to join our Gynaecology Team at The Royal Oldham Hospital. We have part-time hours available, which will cover evenings. As one of our Ward Clerks, you'll be the welcoming face for women and families attending our gynaecology services.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing a wide range of administrative and clerical duties to the ward/unit staff.
  2. Ensuring the safekeeping and availability of all clinical records related to patients.
  3. Supporting the smooth running of the ward/department office.
  4. Offering general assistance to the ward/unit staff.

You will need excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a busy environment to succeed in this role.
