Degree level education in nursing or equivalent professional qualification.
Evidence of CPD and leadership across multi-professional teams.
Significant operational leadership experience in dynamic healthcare settings.
Experience with governance, regulatory compliance and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership: lead nursing practice across gynaecology services and improve patient outcomes.
Service Management: manage nursing teams through recruitment, retention, and development.
Quality and Governance: drive quality improvement and ensure governance compliance.
Strategic Development: contribute to service redesign and long-term planning.
Financial Management: assist in budgeting and resource planning.
Partnership Working: collaborate with medical staff and external partners to deliver integrated care.
