Role:

The Clinical Specialist will support sales and market objectives by promoting a range of Gynae Devices to Key Opinion Leaders and Large Hospital Groups across the Territory. There will be 12 weeks in-hospital observational training, shadowing an experienced Territory Manager who will clinically support cases.

Duties:

  • Provide customers with technical advice and training on the safe and effective use of the company’s products and surgical techniques.
  • Engage with existing and new HCPs to develop sales opportunities and advise on sales leads.
  • Maintain records of customer activity on the CRM system, including usage, purchasing protocols, and competitor activity, in collaboration with the Territory Manager/Sales Lead.
  • Support the development of product and procedure knowledge through teaching in theatre settings, classroom sessions, or our Induction Training Programme.

Experience:

  • 2-5 Years’ experience in Female Healthcare.
  • Full Clean Driving License.
  • Specific experience in Urology and Gynaecology Devices.
  • Interest in Scrub Nursing staff looking to transition into Surgical Support.
