• Proven success in medical device sales within surgical or theatre environments.
• Relationship-focused approach with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
• Strong understanding of the NHS landscape and clinical stakeholders.
• Strategic, commercially minded territory planning and account development.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market share for the Gynaecological Surgical Solutions portfolio in the South West.
• Build and maintain relationships with gynaecologists, theatre teams and procurement.
• Deliver product demonstrations, education programmes and clinical support.
• Create and execute territory plans focusing on priority accounts and growth.
• Identify and develop new opportunities while expanding existing partnerships.
• Analyse market activity and competitive trends to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, Customer Service and Commercial teams.
