A leading healthcare provider in Chichester seeks a Gynae-Oncology Cancer Nurse Specialist to support patients and enhance their care. This Band 6 position provides a pathway to Band 7, allowing nurses to develop essential competencies in gynaecological oncology. This Band 6 development post offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated Band 5 or Band 6 nurse with a special interest in gynaecological oncology to develop the knowledge, skills, and leadership qualities required for a CNS role. The postholder will be supported to work towards the full competencies expected of a Band 7 CNS, with regular supervision, training, and mentorship from the established CNS team.
On completion of the competencies , this role would become a Band 7 post at equivalent hours (18.75hrs per week).
